The BSc (Hons) programmes in Data Sciences and Economics at the IIMB – Dorabji Tata School of Undergraduate Studies foster future-ready professionals who can engage with complex real-world challenges. Admissions
Through a highly competitive selection process, the four-year, full-time BSc (Hons) Programmes in Data Sciences and Economics will admit 80 students in total, with 40 seats in each programme. The small batch size at the IIMB – Dorabji Tata School of Undergraduate Studies enables focused learning, close faculty interaction and personalized academic engagement.
The programmes integrate economics and data sciences with complementary learning in emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, algorithmic design, Indian Knowledge Systems, and applied business learning. The programmes also provide opportunities for faculty-guided research, industry projects, internships and corporate interactions, along with access to IIM Bangalore’s wider alumni and professional community.
